We bought a home in Surf City on Topsail Island in 2020! The home is beautiful but was a bit dated and needed some modernization. The previous owner said that he had a good experience with Cursio Coastal Construction so we gave them a call. At first, we were a bit nervous having dealt with not so reputable contractors before. Well, Cursio Coastal Construction alleviated all the anxiety that accompanies taking on home construction projects!
