My son's room had a leak that caused damage and ServiceMaster was amazing throughout the entire project. They came out right away to identify the issue and remove the damaged wall and carpet. Maddie was so friendly, communicative and helpful. 5-stars for her service! When our insurance only wanted to pay for fixing the wall and not the issue that caused the leak, Matt helped us get another look and additional money to solve the issue. From there, Tim took over and coordinated all the repairs. The contractors he selected for fixing the issue, redoing the wall, painting and installing the carpet all did a great job. We're so happy with the result. Tim communicated with us about when they would arrive and checked up to make sure they did and that we were happy with the work. I recently had a water loss in my home that required a considerable amount of mitigation. I called the Service Master office in Hampstead. They were quick to respond and they were extremely helpful in coordinating with the insurance company. Matt, Nick, John and Troy did a great job!
