The Air doctor is in! DeAndre (Dre) gets six stars for his thoroughness and professionalism. He called before he arrived, was on time and was great with my puppy dog. He managed to find all of our air-conditioning handlers and multiple intake units (as I had no idea where they were or where to even start). He located them all and cleaned and disinfected them while I worked. He even helped me adjust the humidity settings on the thermostats so that the air conditioning is not constantly running. Needed after-hours emergency service for an AC outage during a busy summer weekend. I left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. The technician (Chad) arrived at my house within another 30 minutes and quickly got the system up and running.
He only performed the necessary repairs to restore cooling and clearly identified other issues that could be addressed later. I appreciated that he recommended follow-up during regular business hours rather than pushing unnecessary after-hours repairs. Excellent, honest service when we needed it most.
