Paul is very thorough in addition to just being a nice and professional individual. He just completed my home inspection and walked me through some of his findings and recommendations while I was at the home with him. He is certainly a subject matter expert and will be bringing him back to inspect my home again later this year given my home is a new build and has a 1 year builder warranty.
