Gemstone is the best. Working with Bob is an absolute dream. As a realtor I can always trust Bob to take care of my clients!
He has been willing to do multiple phone calls with clients to go over inspections and make sure they understand the condition of home. He is extremely detailed and thorough and you can see how much he loves the work he does.
Can’t recommend Gemstone enough.
Bob was hired to do a home inspection for us (new build)
Located at 603 Hicks Court
Sneads Ferry NC
We called him on a Wednesday and he was able to schedule the inspection that Friday,
So very Accommodating
After the inspection was finished we met with Bob
He went over the report with us in great detail, with every question we asked he stopped and took the time to answer and to make sure we were clear on his findings
His honesty, personality was so refreshing
We made us feel like we were his only client
I would strongly recommend Bob, he is top notch in his field of expertise
Thank you , Bob
Bob is a great home inspector. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His reports are very detailed and contain video clips of any issue that he finds such as a leaking sink drain or if there is an unusually loud noise. He make the buyer aware of everything without scaring them..
Bob’s expertise and inspection reports are not the least expensive but they are worth every penny.
I am a Realtor and I trust Bob and Gemstone Home inspections with my clients.
