Thank so much for your help yesterday we were so satisfied with your inspection. We met with the builder and assured us that everything will be taken care of. He had answered all are questions and concerns. Thank you so much.
We hired Bob for a home inspection we were under contract for. Bob, first of all was one of the only ones to answer his phone or return a call. His website was very easy to navigate, and you could get costs and availability straight from his website. Bob was very thorough and gives a very detailed report (like over 200 pages!) I'd rather have all the issues, including minor, than not! He was on time, stayed late, and the report was generated shortly after he left. Overall we would use him again in the future!Also of note, Bob was the second home inspector at the house in the past 3 weeks, Bob noted way more than the first guy.
Bob was AMAZING!! He was able to work my inspection into his schedule and did an very thorough inspection. The photos and report were very detailed and easy to understand and the pricing was very reasonable. Super easy to work with and great communication which was very appreciated since I am 600 miles away. I would highly recommend Bob and Gemstone Home Inspections!
