While on vacation my husband and I visited Future Homes of Ocean Isle knowing we were planning to build a modular home in a few years. Chase Johnson welcomed us with his warm personality, and met with us to answer questions after we toured the model homes. He even followed up with phone calls many months later once we had returned home. He graciously gave of his time and even coordinated for us to meet with Future Homes of Hubert which is closer to our building lot. Chase has gone above and beyond and we are so grateful. You will definitely be in good hands with this company and with Chase! As a final note, Future Homes offers very high quality, beautiful modular homes!

First time home buyer/builder here. Watch multiple friends and family go through this process with other builders and saw first hand how rough building a home could be. After watching all of these issues first hand, my wife and I were hesitant about attempting to build a home.
