We were very surprised at how smooth and easy this process was. We were not interested in a modular at first. After we researched and went into some of the homes we realized the top notch quality in these homes.

We give 5 stars for the quality, customer service, pricing and ease of getting into our beach home🏖️🏖️

As with any building experience there can be hiccups along the way, delays, and unforeseen circumstances - but having Nate on our side made all the difference in getting the house we had dreamed of getting. He fought for every detail and every inch of our house and didnt take no for an answer. He was the ultimate professional and I am so thankful that we had him on our team!

We had a great experience working with Future Homes to build our house. All of the people we interacted with were very professional and hard working, while also being human. Nate kept me well informed on what was going on throughout the process. Brian did a great job helping us design the home. Andy managed the actual construction smoothly and efficiently. (I felt he treated it like it was his own home he was building.) Kenny walked us through the process with kindness and honesty.
