I was very pleased! Especially since the furniture store had no recommendation on how to get this upholstery cleaned. Another company tried and couldn’t make any headway. Finess was honest, helpful, and effective. We had a carpet runner (with pet soil) and sectional couch with performance fabric cleaned.

Jeff and his partner took up an old rug and then moved all the heavy furniture. They listened to everything I asked them to do in order to install the new rug. He then told me that his company also cleans rugs. I will be asking him to clean the old rug after the holidays. The guys worked quickly and meticulously. Great company!!!!!
