American Family Seamless Gutters is a complete scam! Young punk kids, with no work ethic, who are fast talkers and will promise you they're the only gig in town who are ‘seamless’ and use the strongest fasteners. Guess what, so does everyone else in the game. DO NOT give them a deposit. You will never see your money or these clowns again. We contracted with AFG and they never replied, responded or showed up. We sued Howard in court, who was a no show, and we won our case. No money returned like several others who have filed, but he now has a laundry list of liens against his credit. He will never get a loan without repayment. If you have already signed with this guy, good luck. Don’t expect quality work, but do expect lots of excuses why his warranty doesn’t cover the issues you’re having with your gutters.

When came to the house to give us a quote he was very initiative. After quoting us and we deciding to do business with the company it only took a week before they were at the house putting the gutters up. It only took maybe an hour or so to put the gutters up.

Scam Alert. Criminal Howard Brayall is a theft. He will take your deposit and not return to do any work. He is a fake with a salesman pitch. Do not give this man any money. He is using different names and gutter business Top Tier or American Family Seamless Gutters. Call the police if you see this man.

They finally did the work but workmanship is poor and Not very professional, Howard came out we went over where downspouts were to be located and which way to flow , I was out of state working my wife was home, she did not pay attention on the down spouts some are wrong also have a leak in one which I sent a pic to Howard he told me to call him.

Overall it has been a terrible experience with this company -charged me for services I didn’t receive because of mistakes in their administrative processes -three weeks late to the established date for the job -had an employee steal my credit card number and made quite a few charges before I had the chance to turn it off -left tons of trash and nails all over my yard, that I had to clean up -slow to respond to messages and concerns -did not put down the splash guards that were included in the price of the job

Howard and Chris provided a ton of knowledge on how the gutter system works and what makes their gutters so different.The team did a wonderful job installing the seamless gutters and were able to match the shutters on the house perfectly. You can tell their gutters are a much higher quality just from the way they look.I definitely recommend going with American Family Seamless Gutters!!Great job guys!
