My husband and I drive all the way from new Bern for primary care here. I had pneumonia from my breathing in my acid reflux in my sleep and they got me in so quickly. Got me sorted with meds and an xray. I couldn’t stop coughing and they were so patient while I tried to explain what was going on. Calling them and dealing with the online portal is pretty easy and they call back in a reasonable time frame if I have to leave a voicemail.

I been going to Vitality Health and Wellness for about 10 plus years I really can’t ask for a better place to go for all my health needs. This nurse Denise Miller there is one of the best nurses that I ever had the pleasure of meeting very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with getting my medical needs met. Bliss Novelle and Shannon Spiece are both very nice and helpful as well. Bedside manner goes a long way with me. These ladies are the best continue doing great work ladies

There is an older Black lady with glasses that sits to the front desk, VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. Doesn't seem like she wants to be there. My advice to you, find another job that doesn't involve customer service.

I am pleased to say I found a doctors office that really care about their patients. Coming in the for the first time I was greeted with a smile and “hello how may I help you”. My doctor ( Shannon Speece ) is nothing less than amazing. She really listens to your needs and makes sure before you leave you are comfortable with your visit. Ms. Janice Jackson is also nothing less than amazing! Any questions I had/have about my appointment she assisted me with a smile and politeness. When she walks through the lobby she greets everyone with a smile “ how are you”? Just a pleasant atmosphere.

Very rude and unprofessional. I went there to have a tb and physical form completed from a previous appointment and the Director/ manager / or site supervisor was very rude and was argumentative on the phone when I was asking her a question. I've never had that issue with them before. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you should take it out on your customers. Professionalism definitely gone in 2024.

I have followed and received treatment from Dr. Mitchell and Shannon Spence for the past 15+ years. I have seen this practice grow from the beginning. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff are beyond amazing and have always treated my wife a I with the utmost care and kindness. Dale is by far the most magnificent nurse I have ever encountered. She is a kind and understanding human who clearly loves her career and the patients she sees. I could sing their accolades for years. I could write a book on how amazing Vitality Health & Wellness is, but I wouldn’t do them justice. Go for yourself and you’ll find helpful, personalized, caring individuals, who view your health as seriously as you do. Ask yourself, how many people can legitimately say they like going to see their Doctor? I do.

I love my doctor! Dr. Mitchell is always a phone call away to help me if I need her and always concerned about my health. The staff is amazing and very considerate and nice. They are awesome!
