Cozy environment once your in the back receiving your scheduled treatment(s). The only issue I always seem to have is the so called “20% gratuity fee”. I kind of feel it should be optional for a paying customer to let them know when checking out versus being asked which makes you feel pressured to pay. Honestly, I was charged a 40% gratuity fee for one service. I guess the reception lady thought I could not calculate that 20% added to a $35 balance should have been $42 NOT $49. I paid it because the professional who did my service was awesome. It may be awhile before I return because they are very expensive compared to other facilities.

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. Lauren was fantastic! She was so calm and friendly. She talked to my child with respect and kindness and it was like, just by her demeanor, she alleviated any fear before my daughter had time to worry. I highly recommend her! My daughter is very pleased as am I!!

I thoroughly enjoy services by Ms. Jojo! She's very passionate about the services that she offers. She precisely takes her time in doing her services properly, and she's always very friendly. She's always courteous enough to ask if I like the work that she's done. I'm grateful to have her as my manicurist.Parking is good, there is ample amount of parking, and there are normally close parks open, if needed.The deposits to secure appointments seem to be a little off sometimes. Some of the attendants charge the deposit and some don't. The price of the deposit seems to fluctuate on the same service that I normally book.
