We are new customers with the Air Doctor in Greenville NC. Mid day on a Friday (but of course!) our AC began struggling to keep the house cool and the temperature was rising. Our daughter and son in law have been Air Doctor customers for quite awhile. So I decided to give them a call. In LESS than 2 hours, a technician, Brandon arrived. He was professional, courteous and explained his findings thoroughly. I was so impressed, I asked about a maintenance plan, because our AC unit struggles in the summer to keep up with the heat, and we have had several issues over the last 5 years. Caleb, Paco, Zach and Rex did an amazing job with the install of our new AC & Heating system especially in such extreme heat conditions. They even took on an additional task of repiping my dryer duct work underneath my house. They were awesome!
