This was our first experience with The Air Doctor. From a recommendation We decided to schedule a maintenance service contract on our HVAC gas pack. The technician was very informative about what he did and gave suggestions along the way. All staff that we have had any communications with has been very professional.

I have had a service plan with the Air Doctor since moving into a new home in 2020. The company that installed the HVAC system in my home proved themselves worthless, so I asked around and decided on the Air Doctor. Their service has been outstanding in all cases but one, and that problem was rectified by the owner of the business. It doesn't matter what kind of service company you deal with; the service quality is always dependent on the technician or employee. The Air Doctor service techs are polite, knowledgeable and considerate of your home. I have found them to be thorough in the maintenance of my HVAC system.
