Piedmont is a GREAT company to work with. I used them at my place of business and they are always out here right away fixing the problem(s). Nate Sexton is the best and my usual tech, Kevin, is very knowledgeable and has the best personality. You can't go wrong working with this company for sure!!
Piedmont services have been our HVAC contractors for over four years, I must say they are always on top of every issue we have ever had, I call the service manager and he will get someone on the site with in 30 minutes or less, and most techs are coming from the Greenville area, they have been very good for the company. and I don't have any thing bad I could ever say, if you need professional HVAC. I would call them. LB
The technicians are first class. They always have the best attitude and empathy for our HVAC situation. When I make a service request, within 20 minutes I have return call informing me of my technicians name and projected time of arrival the same day! I don't know how they do this time after time. Impressive.......
