No wonder they are going out of business. I went to return a craftsman air compressor that I bought there almost a year ago and they refused the return and couldn't look it up because I bought it in a different sears. Since it was craftsman I took it to Lowe's and they took it no problem.
Service person came to check my fridge. Was there by 8:30, finished by 9:00. Saw why freezer was not as cold and fixed it, set thermostat where it should be, vacuumed coils. Was efficient and kind.
Bought a $2500 fridge, Kenmore Elite 29.9 cu.ft. 4-Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator w/Dispenser, in April, spent another 800 on 5 year warranty. December 7th the fridge stopped working, everything thawed, water all over hardwood floors. Called the service and the could not a tech to my house for over a week. They ordered some weather stripping for the fridge, not sure why, which arrived and was never used. Called back and the automated service moved it up to the 11th. Tech came said it needs a new mother board, it will be shipped to my house but they couldn't come back out until the 24th, the day before christmas.
