I had a minor problem with my bathroom sink. I contacted Roto Rooter of Greenville NC and my technician was Jon. Jon was so polite, very knowledgeable of his job. He fully explained what was going on and he fixed it. Then checked it to make sure it was working properly before leaving. Thank you Jon
