About PORT HEALTH | Greenville Clinic
Port Health | Greenville Clinic is a highly regarded healthcare facility that has received mixed reviews from its patients. While some have had an exceptional experience, with one individual praising the staff's kindness, the resources provided, and the overall support system, others have found the facility to be lacking in certain areas, such as the quality of the food. Despite these varied opinions, the clinic is described as extremely clean, and the pharmacists are noted for being friendly and reliable, with competitive prices. The reviewer who had been an addict for 15 years found the clinic to be one of the most amazing places they had been to, emphasizing the importance of the clinic's efforts to motivate and support patients in their recovery. Overall, the reviews suggest that Port Health | Greenville Clinic provides a valuable service, though there may be room for improvement in certain aspects of the patient experience.
The reception desk staff always seem to have an attitude, no matter what day you call or come in. Customer service and friendliness make a huge difference, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I hope improvements are made because being treated respectfully should be a priority.
I had attended this clinic for three and a half years before relocating. I hated to leave PORT and I miss the staff tremendously! The support offered and the whole program quite literally saved my life. I loved each counselor and staff member I had the pleasure of working with. Due to trust issues, it is typically difficult for me to open up to counselors/doctors. Hats off to Kirsten. She is a gem! I have never felt so comfortable being myself and genuinely understood in my life. If you are ready for recovery and MAT is for you, I highly recommend PORT. Thanks for everything!
One of the worst offices I have been to. The front desk staff are rude, and act like you're annoying them when your at the windows or if you call. Most of the time there is a group of them talking, laughing and being really loud. They lose people all the time...never see the same person more than a few times. They renovated the building but need to renovate the staff! Poor excuse for a supposed Mental health facility.
