I contacted Pinnacle Carpet Care using the website and heard back the next day! Doni, the business owner, kept in contact and arrived with a smile on his face. He explained the process, educated me, and showed me how to care for my area rugs. He is personable and did a fantastic job. The rugs look like new again, saving me money! I wouldn't hesitate to use Pinnacle Carpet Care again!Service: Carpet steam cleaning
