I've used this company twice but I like the representative who came last time versus the ones who came this time. They left my front door wide open so that when I let my animals in from the back door, the front door was wide open and I could have lost some animals. They left my curtains tied up and some lights on. I just felt like they kind of hurried through it.Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Edit: Stanley Steemer contacted me regarding my original review and rescheduled my appointment. They were able to come out within a day and complete the work. They did a tremendous job on the floors.Original: I received 4 confirmations that my appointment was scheduled. Stanley Steemer did not show up at my house during the appointment window.
