I've been a patient at PE for years (at their old location). I've never posted a BAD REVIEW. This review isn't about PE, but an employee...Chris (greeter). He has NEVER greeted me. I'm very observant. He has greeted ppl who entered before me. Of course they didn't look like me. I confronted him today. He said he didn't greet me because when I entered the bldg I made a left to put something in the trash. I'm surprised he saw me...he's ALWAYS on his phone. This is the MAIN ENTRANCE. The lobby is small when you enter. He could've still greeted me. This is NOT the first time. When I went to Hematology/Oncology he did the same thing...ignored me. I received services through hematology department and ultrasound department. Both services were good. I give them a 4 out of 5 rating because although I got my results from the patient portal, I have not yet received a call from the medical provider to discuss results or what she recommends next. The bloodwork was done last week. The ultrasound was done yesterday. I was told results were wanted stat by the provider. Maybe I'm a bit impatient.
Physicians East is where you need to go for great care. The staff are courteous and helpful. The wait was minimal and professional. I recommend this company for ALL your health needs.
