Went with my sister in law to get our nails done. Calm environment, friendly staff. Only giving one star because I can’t give no stars. My sister in law has to go to another salon to get her nails fixed a little over a week after getting them done. Found out from the other sail that this salon, New York Nails uses illegal products. MMA is what was used in our nails. We found this out by trying to soak them off and they became super sticky, gummy consistency that took over an hour to remove a full set due to the product. Go here on your own risk. This was my 1st and very last time I will Ever go to this salon.

Everyone was very friendly and I was specifically looking for Hannah she was the one that did my feet quite a long time ago and was great but everyone was real nice and I didn't have to wait a long time. When I left out of there I felt like I was walking on cloud nine! Check them out a great place to get your feet done and nails!

Went in Saturday as a walk in Tech put acrylic under gel. Kept rushing me and barely did any design The entire service was 20 minutes, and ibpaid 70 dollars woth tip for this to happen day four. They didn't dehydrate my nails o want full redind or full new set Im livid.

uhm not the best experience first i didnt understand them good & it was awkward but the man said my nail was crooked & YOUD think hed fix it but NO he laughed about it with his coworkers , my hearts are kinda messed up on the design then their interactions with customers are even worse the lady didnt even trust me to get the money from the food court that my grandma had , WHILE she was watching my baby sister now maybe your thinking why didnt i have the money ?i left school early & decided to get them done for the dance later mymomma was at work & she hadda put the money on the card but yea anyways I had to leave my phone in there so theyd know id come back . now my nail is lifting up bleeding .. they was still cut tho or wtv also im 13 why would i want or need to run away without paying maybe its because import black . i tried to attach the pictures but it wont work . btw it was rushed this whole thing is all over the place i could say more i just dont have the time .

Absolutely appalling experience. My friend had her toe nail ripped off during a visit here, and the staff showed zero concern or care. Instead of taking responsibility and offering help, they shrugged off the incident as if it were nothing. It's absolutely unacceptable for a business to disregard the safety and well-being of its customers in such a callous manner. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to risk injury and be treated with utter disregard.

I absolutely love this place when I go I always ask for Anthony for my nails and Bella for my feet and they do an amazing job and listens. When you visit make sure you ask for either of them you won’t be disappointed ☺️
