At one time I would have given this place 10 stars if it would have allowed but things have changed. The aestheticians are inexperienced and more worried about adding extras to your bill. I paid for a European facial, this service includes 2 specially picked masques for your skin but I was charged 50 extra dollars for the treatments . My friend was charged extra for extractions , something that is normally included in facials, her bill went from a 70.00 service to a 140.00 service when it came time to check out. This place needs to get it together if it wants repeat clientele.

Great relaxing mother-daughter bonding experience. Ginger was super nice and welcoming, our massages were great, and the relaxation lounges were perfect. Only negative part was that when we returned the neck pillows as we were leaving, a different receptionist asked us if we had paid? We had given our gift certificates 2 hours earlier upon arrival. Why would we be coming out of the restricted area if we hadn’t paid? Why would we have received the services if we hadn’t paid? Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! Inez was very skilled and I recommend her to anyone coming in. If I could get a pedicure here everyday, I would! (This coming from someone who's never been a fan of pedicures to begin with!)
