    Melt Fitness has been my gym home for 3 years now. It has provided me a space to not only get stronger physically but also mentally. Through Brittany’s guidance I even obtained my personal training certification to help others in their journey of wellness. While this gym is not your typical gym that is what makes it even more special. Intimate, customized workouts, and no intimidation or judgment. Greenville is lucky to have such a gem.

    I’ve trained with both Brittany and Frannie and they are awesome trainers. They want to know what your goals are, listen to your feedback, and make each session different from the last. They keep me focused & I’m so thankful I found them!

    I trained with Brittany for 3 months to get in the habit of working out with the side of health benefits!Brittany was very supportive and knowledgeable during my time with her. Every session was always different and I enjoyed the challenge of getting back into working out!Form was always a very important thing for me, and during my time here I was able to see/feel how I improved. From when I started and ended with Brittany, I was able to see change that I'm not sure I would have seen without her.Whatever your goal is, Brittany will help meet it. She helped me truly get back on track and I am now back on track with my fitness journey!If there are any beginners or goal oriented people that need help meeting a goal or learning then do consider joining Melt Fitness! It was an experience that I will always be thankful for!

    Brandon is an excellent trainer!! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness & really cares about his clients. As active duty military, we have a high physical standard that Brandon helps me to exceed with obtainable workout plans and sometimes even meal advice. I’ve worked with Brandon for roughly two years now, he has kept me honest about working out and even helped me out while i was stationed in Dubai! I have recommended Brandon to multiple friends who have seen results with him because of his love and determination to train others. I will continue to recommend Brandon, he’s the best!

    Brandon is a very knowledgeable and outstanding trainer. Brandon skillfully curated tailored workouts for not only myself when I had limited gym equipment during COVID-19, but also for my military unit of 24 people. His attention to detail and dedication to motivate others was crucial in helping us achieve our fitness goals and maintain our operational readiness.     The gym and working out can be very intimidating for me. I have struggled with my weight, eating right, and exercising for years. I avoided the gym because I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. This year I decided I was ready to make significant changes in my health, but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge, and encouragement from someone else.I am so glad I found Brittany @ Melt Fitness. From day one of boot camp, she was nothing short of a fantastic trainer. She has a very fun and outgoing personality. Brittany is extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve my goals. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each session. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I find I actually look forward to workouts now.There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Brittany, I will not only meet them but surpass them. Boot camp has ended and I will be working with her one on one for personal training. Thank you, Brittany!!!?

    I absolutely had the best experience completing summer bootcamp with Brittany. I appreciate the time she took to learn my concerns and offer modifications when needed. The variety in the workouts kept us eager and challenged in the best way. And the small group allowed for personal attention, tips on how to improve form, and plenty of praise when you are improving and killing it ? Thank you, Brittany!
