I loved my cut, and how it all turned out. I was just a little confused on the service and prices. I booked a $25 dollar cut that came with a shampoo and conditioner with a blow dry but I was told it was just a cut and a shampoo and conditioner would be $35. I changed it to that but when it came time to pay, I was charged $30 instead and booked under an express cut which, doesn't offer a blow dry, but I got a blow dry anyway. Again, I love how it turned out but, it was just a little confusing.

The stylist are ALWAYS friendly, but one stylist STANDS OUT...that's Ms. Janis. I hope JC Penney realizes they have a gem with her. Nice, friendly, professional. She's the ONLY REASON I RETURN. ❤

I set up an appointment for my wife to see if they could work her in the same day and they said come back in about 1hr and we did. I told them she wanted her hair washed, cut blow dried and then styled and all the lady put down was for my wife to get her hair cut. She cut more off than my wife wanted also.
