I have horrible dental fear and anxiety, this is the first clinic to ever understand that and show me more compassion than others. They numbed me to get x-rays due to a gag reflex! this helped me so much. They were so kind to me after years of guilt and shame, they helped set me on the right path to get my smile and confidence fixed. I am forever thankful for the compassion shown to me here, and i will continue to choose this clinic from here on out!
I should start this off saying, I am terrified of dentist. I recently had to have dental work done. This is the only practice I have been to since being in NC. The front staff is helpful, friendly and welcoming. Tisha, the hygienist- Amazing! and Dr . Cruz 20/10. If I could give the two of them 20 stars, I would. Dr. Cruz was nothing short of amazing and does his work with such grace. If I left NC today… I would fly back to have this team for my dental work! Yall better book your appointment today with Bernstein Dental!!!
Being that i have very high anxiety when it comes to doctors visits, but I can honestly say with this great experience I have witness for myself was above and beyond this world, I was very much please with each and everyone's smiles ,greeting ,welcoming ,great hospitality , kindness, attentive, patience & understanding, they took the time to listen to my concerns both present and past, we laughed and all it was amazing yes i would recommend this place any day a wonderful experience....this was my first visit and the doctors made me feel more confident and comfortable than ever being a new patient.. high five you guys , you were outstanding absolutely amazing 👏...read full review
