this is the worse company i have ever seen in my life! The owner is very rude. I have 2 confirmations of my appointment for a certain time. he called me an hour before my appointment and demanded that i be home because he was almost at my house. He wanted me there then so he doesn't have to wait around. His words! he asked that i reschedule if i didn't want to do it early. we literally went back and forth about appointment times when i have the email sitting right in front of me! very rude! Scammers! Inexperienced at carpentry. Highly unprofessional. Demolished my staircase.

I am a landlord who lives out of state. I needed a handyman to install flooring in both of my unit's bathrooms and kitchen. I hired Imperial Home Improvement and from start to finish, Nelson was professional, efficient and very reliable. He does fantastic work and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Imperial Home Improvement for anyone requiring services from someone as proficient as Nelson and his crew. I look forward to working with Imperial on future projects
