I have been seeing Dr.Kanaan and his nurse Sue since 2019 when I was first diagnosed with a brain tumor I don't trust doctors because of something that happened to me back in 2007 when I lived in NJ but Dr.K and Sue made me feel comfortable but now I have new insurance that Dr.K office doesn't accept i have to try and find a neurosurgeon that i can trust i will never trust anyone like I trust Dr.K and Sue I going to miss them so much thank you both for always being and Dr.K I love the way you would call me personally I think the new neurosurgeon will do that I know im going to have a panic attack when I have to go see them bye ya'll much love and respect to you both I...read full review

Dr. Kannan is an outstanding neurosurgeon and his staff is amazing. I have had neurosurgeons in Roanoke va, norfolk va, and now Greenville nc due to multiple spinal problems. He is definitely the best.

Dr. Kanaan has been my neurosurgeon for 4 years since my first seizure. He has made my journey through my procedure and treatment a smooth ride and I’m always confident that he wants the best for me. I receive calls from him on follow ups or concerns. Bless this man that found his gift and shares with others.
