I am so pleased with this company! I called Glen's heating and air this morning because my heatpump was not working. I got a text stating someone would be here between 1 and 3 p.m. They were here right at 1 p.m. and checked out the heatpump but couldn't find anything wrong but got it working and did not leave until he was sure it would work. I could not have asked for anything better. The cost was a standard service fee that was very reasonable. Thank you Bryan C for answering all my questions.
Excellent customer service, from the time I first called to request electrician to do repairs, to the technicians arrived to help me with my problem. Mr. Glenn himself came with anther tech. Was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Checked everything out, fixed my issues and we had a great conversation. Friendly and helpful. Even taught me a couple of things that I didn’t know. Mr. Glenn is a person when you meet, you feel like you have know him all your life. Trust and knowledge experts. Even talked about our Grandkids and Great Grandkids. Good people doing good work. Glad they are here in our community.
Mr. Glenn came the morning I called to replace my oven receptacle. He took his time and made sure it was done to perfection! Will definitely use them for future needs and I highly recommend their services!!
