I am so pleased with this company! I called Glen's heating and air this morning because my heatpump was not working. I got a text stating someone would be here between 1 and 3 p.m. They were here right at 1 p.m. and checked out the heatpump but couldn't find anything wrong but got it working and did not leave until he was sure it would work. I could not have asked for anything better. The cost was a standard service fee that was very reasonable. Thank you Bryan C for answering all my questions.
Great experience from setting up appointment to service work. I received texts about my appointment time on up to when the technician Alex was on his way. Alex is very professional with a great attitude and people skills. He explained what he was doing and showed great troubleshooting skills. Really professionally handled throughout the whole process from start to finish
Needed my whole spilt system replaced in my home and got multiple quotes from different companies and Glenn’s was the only one who didn’t try to add on extra things that were not needed! They were understanding, professional and the best company to communicate with! I will always recommend them and will continue to use them from here on out!
