Was given an incredibly unprofessional and unempathetic session that was extremely unsatisfying and only worsened the existing issues I came to the facility for in the first place. I’m sure theres good therapy to be had there with other clients but from my own experience I was very unsatisfied.

We were basically satisfied with Jason Perry's school therapy until the office visit we had in Greenville.He showed his inability to handle kids with autism which resulted in calling the police which were better at understanding than he was .He never apologized for the incident and never contacted us after that which reflects on the lack of concern he has for his clients.His professionalism & passion needs improvement.

very disappointed in this counseling center. I was told that therapist, David Bell, would not answer my phone calls. I just had a couple of following questions based on my last session with him. I had to make an appointment (more $$$) for him to address my quick follow up questions. Amazing...to say the least and seems inappropriate. Dr. Bell can tell you one thing at the end of your session which leaves you with questions. When you ask for clarification, you are told to make another appointment. There are several Greenville, NC counselors that do not follow this practice but DO answer phone calls. If you are interested in this counseling center, please consider and possibly heed this advice. Seek Greenville, NC counselors that do return phone calls without having to make another appointment ($$$).
