This is a story about a Pool and a family. As you can see in the before and after pictures (1st and second pic) the Pool installed by Elite Pools is an awesome upgrade from what we had. The last three pics are showing the mess of the dig and how it looked after their crew finished up on the day of the dig and install. We were amazed at how well they cleaned up the yard and graded it back out after what looked like an unfixable mess.. LOL!! I looked at my Ring Camera videos and from the minute of the first bucket of dirt dug and the hose was put in to start filling was around 5.5 hours (9:01 am start 2:37 pm first drop of water). We are so pleased with Elite Pools in Greenville, NC. From the moment you enter their facility, Jacob and Brian (co-owner) are very friendly and welcoming. Their knowledge, suggestions, and helping you make the best choice for you and family’s needs was wonderful! We purchased the D28-California with onyx/natural coping. This was the perfect pool for our family…78 year old mother, 2 year old great niece with more littles to come soon, grown kids and grand dogs! Trust the professionals! I cannot stress this enough. Elite Pools was personally recommended to me and were responsive from contract to finish. We did experience a hiccup which was no fault of Elite-but I asked Brian to help me fix it and he Brian stepped in to help make a correction which he didn’t have to do. That’s next level service.
