“We had an outstanding experience with Elite Pools & Hardscapes from start to finish.
Nathan Munford was our project manager and did an excellent job keeping the project on schedule. He called periodically with updates and, on installation day, sent me pictures and videos throughout the process so I could see the progress even when I wasn’t there.
Thomas Bowers handled all of the building permits and, because our home is located on the Neuse River, also took care of the additional CAMA permitting that was required.
Rob and Austin were here every step of the way making sure all of the plumbing and electrical components were installed and operating correctly. They also came back out whenever I had a question or needed something adjusted, and took the time to show me how to operate everything, including the heater/chiller, pump, filter, bubblers, returns, swim spa, lights and handheld Jandy controller.
Fernando has also been incredible. I am a first-time pool owner, and he has been extremely patient in helping me understand pool chemistry and how to keep everything properly balanced. At one point, I thought the pool was losing an excessive amount of water. Fernando came out and determined that the water loss was being caused by the tanning ledge spillover splashing onto the coping and evaporating. Once Nathan was made aware of the issue, he immediately put together a plan to correct it. Since then, I haven’t had any water loss.
What impressed me the most is that their service did not stop when the pool was finished. Any time I had a question or needed something checked, they have been responsive and willing to help.
There is no doubt in my mind that we have the best pool in our neighborhood. In fact, after seeing our pool and the quality of the work Elite did, one of our neighbors hired them to install their pool as well.
If you are considering putting a pool in your yard, don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Call Elite Pools & Hardscapes. I highly recommend Nathan, Thomas, Rob, Austin, Fernando and the entire Elite team without hesitation.
