I called a couple of plumbers before I called Eastern plumbers trying to get a sooner appt. When the plumber was a no show I called Eastern plumbers back and I was able to get my original appt back before the ice storm. Jerri was so nice. And Dylan the plumber was AWESOME!!! He explained to me what happened with my pipes and assured me that he would take care of me. And he did just that! He showed me pics before the repair and after. Eastern Plumbing you definitely hired the right person to represent your company. I will definitely be using your services again.

Mr. Aaron Wilkins was extremely nice, he didn't mind answering my questions, and he gave me really good information on how my water heater works and why it's good to get it flushed!! The person who answered my initial call, was also very nice! Very thankful for the help!
