I can't praise Dr. Young and the entire staff of Eastern Pines Dental enough. I picked this office based off my search on Google. I was looking for a clinic that offered more than just a basic family denist could. I didn't want to be sent out to other oral surgeons or peridontist, etc... That's not an option in the town I live in. I arrived with a broken tooth that had abscessed (they got me in super fast and I am a new patient). He extracted it the same day (not sending me home and bringing me back, etc...) He addressed and was amazing towards my anxieties. I will gladly drive the 1.5 hours from North East NC for the level of care I received today!
Dr. Mize is amazing! I started going to him recently bc my other dentist moved and her replacement was horrible. So far he has done fillings and a small extraction. He is personable, gentle and knows what he is doing. I just learned that my other dentist is coming back to the area but I'm going to stick with him! We need more medical people like him in this area!
Fantastic service. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, and I had a complex procedure, but the staff here makes me feel comfortable, explains everything, and is very supportive and patient with my dental anxiety. I don't dread the dentist like I used to. I also had the opportunity to observe a staff member sitting with an elderly, possibly disabled person, patiently going over the intake paperwork in a very gentle way, and that endeared the practice to me even more.
