Fussell Humphreys & Harrell PA is known for providing excellent service and creating a pleasant experience for its patients. The staff, including the hygienists, receptionists, dental assistants, and doctors, are friendly and personable, making patients feel valued and remembered. The practice has a reputation for efficiency, as demonstrated by their ability to see patients promptly when emergencies arise. Patients appreciate the smiles and positive attitudes they encounter during their visits. Sharon, the dental hygienist, is considered the best, and Dr. Harrell and Dr. Humphreys are highly regarded for their professionalism and thorough explanations. Appointments start on time with no waiting, and the staff takes extra care during cleanings, ensuring comfort and thoroughness. Patients also note that the office is very professional and courteous, leaving them feeling confident in their care. While some may dislike that the practice is not in network with any dental insurance companies and that co-pays continue to rise, overall, Fussell Humphreys & Harrell PA leaves a lasting impression of quality care and customer satisfaction.
All the staff are friendly and professional. They made sure I knew the plan for the visit and was comfortable throughout the process of being fit for a crown. They took their time to ensure everything was done thoroughly. It was a great and reassuring experience for someone who is anxious about going to the dentist.
Awesome dental office . All staff are very welcoming , friendly and professional!
Dr Harrell is an outstanding dentist who ensures comfort while providing superior dental care . All dental assistants and hygienists are also compassionate, provide comfort, and deliver superior dental care .
I have been going to this practice for over 30 years, and although my original dentist has retired and now my hygienist is retiring, they have taken lots of care to make the transition painless. The entire staff, front and back are professional and caring. I will and have recommended this practice for their extraordinary care and knowledge.
