Animal Hospital is not a good Vet to take your pet I just got my dog eye surgery for Cherry eye a month ago.the Dr that did her surgery didn't even schedule her for a follow up to.make sure she was recovering well i.had to call them & on top of that they charged me for her follow up.visit & now her cherry has come back what a waste of money I'm very dissatisfied with there service

I love this vet and their employees so much. Sadly we just had to lay one of our babies to rest and they were so amazing through the entire process. As you can imagine, it's very emotional to do such a thing but they never once made me feel uncomfortable and their staff were so kind and caring yet professional. Highly recommend- every vet we've had there has been so caring and kind and you can tell they love their jobs. Great vet all around!

New to Greenville. Since I work, new client appointments are only during the week so weekend appointment was out. Had to book on my first week of vacation, nearly 2 months from when I called. The front staff never sent new patient forms as promised so I called about 4 weeks after the initial call and finally had them sent. They also never contacted my vet to get records. I called again about 2 weeks prior to the appointment to see if they had obtained records and confirm the appointment. Showed up Monday 9:00 am only to have them tell me they were sorry but had sent me a text message the night before (which was a Sunday) to tell me they had to cancel the appointment.... read full review
