Called ComfortMaster concerning one of our HVAC units. Our tech, Coco, arrived at our house within a half hour with his coworker, addressed the issue and got my AC up and running in no time! He's been our guy for over 17 years, he's the best! Would highly recommend!
In the longest hottest summer everyone’s air conditioning seems to have had enough. I was able to call and receive service the same day. Lucky or just great customer service?! The receptionist was nice and personable. The technician,Sean, came with knowledge and was very helpful and went above and beyond. I was without AC for about 6 hours on one of the hottest days of the summer and went to bed that night in the comfort of AC.
