If you need servicing of your current unit or your home needs a new unit you need to call Advance! Our system quit recently. Brock came to our house and did a thorough review of our home, including the crawlspace, to look at the ductwork. He sat down with me to review his recommendations and estimates for the job. True professional!

I was extremely pleased with the semi-annual preventative maintenance check performed by Dennis McCarthy. I was given advance notice of his arrival. Dennis was very pleasant and professional. He completed the check, explained what he had done and made a couple of recommendations. He cleaned up after himself as a little insulation had fallen from the attic. I highly recommend Advance Mechanical Inc. and Dennis. Experience could not have been better!Service: HVAC system maintenance

We moved into our house and on closing day found out AC was not working. I have a home warranty but they denied my claim and the AC people they sent would not get back to me no matter how many times I called or texted or left messages. So decided to try a different heating and air. So glad we did.. they came out quickly and promptly assessed the situation and parts will be picked up today and installed tomorrow morning. He made sure we had ac before he left. Wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing service.. Thanks Wesley for all the effort..
