Photographer was very nice however I can't seem to get my pictures. I purchased a digital file for her cap and gown pictures and was told I would have them in 5 mins after having them taken by the photographer its been nearly a month with several phone calls, multiple emails with someone telling me "they were emailed out last week, I'll check on it Monday" It's been about two weeks with several more emails that have been read but no response and no pictures. My daughter graduates high school today and I don't have her pictures for her party. I am so upset, this is so unprofessional. Ordered my child's spring pictures in April and still have not received them.Just a update have sent multiple emails and attempted to call and still no response. TERRIBLE. Now their phone message says they will be out of office 6/15- 6/30 so I'm still having to wait to see where my child's pictures are

I paid for 3 of my kids class photos, did not receive them when the school got them. I called and told them I didn't receive them, they said I should receive them on the 8th, didn't get them,I've called and left voicemail and they didn't call back or anything and still haven't received them
