I worked with ASAP to help us plan and decorate for our school’s prom. They were friendly, accommodating, and with their help we pulled off an amazing event for our students. They had an excellent variety of columns, arches, table cloths and even a red carpet that helped tie our Hollywood theme together. Highly recommend and we will be returning as customers!

I could not rave more about this place! I have used them for multiple birthday parties and a wedding. Adding last minute items was never an issue. I always felt so welcome when I walked through the doors.To the review below: I believe you got placed mixed up because they don’t rent bathrooms, I tried. The outsource it!

This is probably the most unreliable company I have tried to do business with. First they tell me it will be over $1600 to rental 6 porta potties for 28 days. I accepted that and paid with a credit card. 2 days later, they called me and said it was now going to be $2300 for 28 days. Having us over a barrel, I had no choice but to accept. Then, on the day it was to be delivered, they called and said I would have to be placed on a waitlist because they don't have them available. When I asked how long the wait would be, they said there was no way to know. These people were quick to take payment, and then the problems started. My recommendation is to find another company to do business with.

If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order for a tent, tables, and chairs paid over the phone. the next day I received a call that I would be refunded because they didn't have any tents. I reached out to another vendor who had everything and I called them back the next day to cancel the tables and chairs because I had found someone who had everything I needed. I called well in advance to request a refund and I was only granted 1/2 of a refund or store credit for a future event. If I have any future events I will never go back to them.

RUN AWAY!!!!! If you want a dingy tent, dirty dance floor, wobbly tables then go ahead and use this company. The tent I had for my wedding had huge brown spots on the inside. Some of the tables we ordered we couldn't even use because they were either broken or too wobbly. The one we used during the ceremony for pouring the sand I literally had to hold the table still so it wouldn't wobble. The dance floor they recommended for my size wedding was SO small so I called and ordered another row and got a friend to pick them up for me and they gave her the wrong pieces after I told them multiple times I needed black and white so we couldn't even use the extra row. Besides that the dance floor was FILTHY. I'm talking left over beer stains and dirt/dry mud from previous weddings. When the guys came to set up the set they drug enormous holes in the ground from the pole tents and the wedding venue was NOT HAPPY. I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to do this to help future brides out because this was NOT what I wanted to deal with the day before/day of. Also, for anyone who thinks I might exaggerating I have a letter that my wedding planner wrote to this company describing all of the disgusting and broken equipment they sent to us. So after my wedding I called and called and called (literally 3 weeks of calling) to get some money back. I finally found the owners number and talked with him and they only gave me the money back for the extra dance floor pieces that I had ordered (and couldn't use them because they weren't the right colors). I know this company has attractive prices (that's why I chose them) but BRIDES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself through what I went through you will be SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
