Wash -N- Go #5 has significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance. During the first and second shifts, there is some assistance, but the third shift lacks support. Many machines are out of order, and the floors are littered with trash and empty containers, creating an unclean and unsafe environment. Overall, it appears unkept and uncared for, leaving customers hesitant to use the facilities.
On the first and second shift, there is assistance, but the third shift expect to have no assistance operating the machines. The laundromat to have used dryer sheets on the floor, emptied clothes detergent containers, and beverages containers left to ve thrown away.
No attendant in sight. 70% of the machines are broken with a sign up saying out of order. 20 % are broken with no sign so expect your money to be taken. after the third time moving my wet clothes around from dryer to dryer due to the machine taking my quarters I finally gave up and stuck all my clothes in one dryer.
Nothing in the Facility operate or works worth your money.Machines that are broken arnt labeled and most that are broken are labeled and that over 70% of the machin. Only have small washers maybe 4 or 5 that work amd most the dryers are down or don't fully operate. Highly suggest another location. Risk at your own manner.Managers have a less that $6 ph attitude and motivation. It was like talking to a wall ot idiot. When airing concerns smh
