This hair salon is absolutely wonderful !!! Alba is someone I highly recommend, she has a charismatic personal & her customer service skills are out of this world !!! But truly everyone at this salon is absolutely wonderful!!!

Very patient and takes their time on your hair !! Get exactly what you ask for and they’re so very kind !! Would recommend for a very silky bouncy blowout and vibrant beautiful color

Where should I start?! This shop was a last-minute option due to the other shop being overpacked. I didn't have to wait long to get my hair washed. However, It took three hours before she got to my hair it was only 2 people in front of me. when i finally got in the salon chair the hairdresser goes to the back to have a break and eat her lunch. I understand that you may be hungry but dang baby girl take care of your customers first at least tell me you're taking a break anything but just have me sit there. UGH, also when she finally returned from her lunch break the lady did not even have the common courtesy to say i apologize for the wait something. Also If you did not speak Spanish or were Dominican you received no convocation period. I can say she did do a good job on my blowout however so does the other shop and unlike Vintage the other shot provides a fantastic Customer service experience. Unforunately i will not be returning to "VINTAGE" for
