Our outdoor unit was freezing up early this morning. I called at 8am to see if someone could come take a look at it. They got someone out to our house by 4pm, same day. Jeff Barnes was EXCELLENT! If we could give him 10 stars, we would. He answered any questions I had, and was very informative the whole time he was here. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. We hope if we ever need anyone to come look at our HVAC in the future, that we get Jeff. We couldn't be more pleased.
Jeff deduced the problem very quickly, and made the necessary adjustments to the settings, also without delay.He has helped us for many years, and we could not be more pleased.Service: HVAC system maintenance
I can’t say enough about Triad heating . I had a wonderful experience from start to finish ! Both Mr. Stephen as well as the other gentleman that worked on my unit , were courteous kind professional and so well informed ! I think his name is Terry ? I appreciated the fact that they cared more about getting my heat up and running then they did about time or money . Good people ! I would definitely use them again . My heat is functioning as it should . They knew what the problem was and took care of it pronto !! Thank you Triad heating ! I am now warm and toasty lol !! Merry Christmas !! Ms. Bynoe
