I’ve been a loyal customer at TJ Nails since I was around 15 or 16 years old—I’m now 23—and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience, but today confirmed that the level of care and customer service has declined beyond repair.

I been going here for 5 years so far and I’ve always talked good about them but the attitude and micro aggression they showed tonight was really a sick feeling for me , it was giving stalling , procrastinating. I’m aware of how busy they can get but tonight was a different side of the store I seen tonight . Hate to say it but won’t be going back no time soon . They are very talented and do good but once you act like your to good for my money or think I’m just going to wait till you feel like calling me to do my nails that’s when I party my ways . Great place. Darryl did my nails and I am very pleased. The wait was not long, very friendly. I am very picky about my nails due to I am growing them back to two inches. I have found my nail spot. Thank you so much.
