I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back...read full review

Eric worked on 2 iPhones for me replacing the batteries in both phones and a charging port in one of them as well…he was very quick and very professional in his work…The price of the work that he did on the phones was extremely reasonable and very affordable!!! You will be extremely satisfied and very happy with any work that you have him do to your phones…The Shop Cell Phone Repair will be our only preference for any and all future repairs if needed. We called other local cell phone repair shops and they were not willing to install the replacement parts that we purchased online, but Eric was more than willing to do it for us and he did a great job!!!

Eric was honest, affordable, and quick! I was desperate not to buy a new phone (I destroyed my screen in some gravel) and his shop was the closest to me. The place is SUPER small and is also a little grocery store. Don't hesitate when you see it, Eric is awesome!
