I believe Fidel is the company owner. He and his crew did a great job laying the floor, which was done in Greensboro NC in Oct, 2020. It is now May, 2023. A few of the vinyl planks have come unglued. The tile itself has a lifetime warranty, so it shouldn't be an issue fixing it. The issue is- I called Fidel's cell a month ago and never got a reply. The business number listed on their Greensboro website goes to a voicemail not of a company but instead sounds like a private personal phone, so no message was left there b/c I was not certain it was the correct number. So the initial job was very good, but the follow-up is nonexistent. We are watching youtube videos of how to repair/replace the affected planks. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service follow-up and iffy phone numbers.

Fidel did a great job laying my luxury vinyl plank flooring. He and his crew was very professional and responsive. He also provided me with a great install price and did not include the “price” extras that some of the other known flooring companies charge. I am very pleased and will use him again on my next flooring job.
