Attempts to contact the business for warranty service on unglued planks have been unsuccessful, with calls going unanswered and business numbers leading to iffy, personal-sounding voicemails. Fidel did a great job laying my luxury vinyl plank flooring. He and his crew was very professional and responsive. He also provided me with a great install price and did not include the “price” extras that some of the other known flooring companies charge. I am very pleased and will use him again on my next flooring job.
EXCELLENT work!! The Pergo floors look so beautiful- incredible craftsmanship. Fidel was extremely communicative and helpful throughout this process. The guys did a good job on my floors. I am pleased with the work. The only issue is my final bill had a surprise charge that was not on my original estimate. With that being said I would still use them again because they were the most reasonable in the area(even with the added charge), my floors look great and was they were timely.
