I called a day before making an appointment for the next day, they fit me in the next morning. They were easy to talk to, prompt, upfront estimate that didn't change, VERY fairly priced and worked fast to get the job done! The convenience of them coming to me, along with great communication and quick turnaround was AMAZING!!! They do more than breaks as well. I will be calling them in the future, and you should too 😁
Never in my life have I had Exceptional Service from a mobile business such as The BrakeMaster. 10 out of 10!!! Hands down!! I reached out after hours and he responded quickly and efficiently. Not only is he Knowledgeable but Trustworthy as well. Highly recommend. Will only call him from now on!
Great business guy(s)! They came out to work on my red Dodge Caravan and were able to put on the parts that I needed for my van. They work with your schedule, are very professional, and they make sure to follow-up with you regarding your repair requests to ensure a good scheduled date/time. My van is now working again because of them. I will continue to call and use them for vehicle repairs. They have a long-time customer in me.
