Everyone who did the actual exam was friendly and helpful. They made the process easy and quick. However, the salesman afterwards wouldn't take no for an answer when I refused to buy frames that day. He kept trying to convince me to buy a pair after I had declined several times. Once he finally accepted my answer, he was rude and short with me while ringing up my bill. While the exam only took about 20min, I was in the store for an hour waiting to get my prescription because I had to wait for the one sales person to finish with other customers before trying to get me to buy frames and finally letting me pay. Every person in this building is so awesome & friendly. I was a walk-in and they got me in super quick. They had a bunch of great promotions going on that made it super affordable without vision insurance. They were even able to fit my new prescription into my current pair of glasses that I lost the lenses for. They took the extra care to make sure the lenses would stay secure because I have had issues with them falling out in the past. Amazing experience. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I walked in on the wrong morning (a day earlier by mistake) and they saw me anyway. Maddie was so patient and kind. The contact tech came and explained everything to me about how the year-long rebate program worked. The exam went smoothly as well. When we finished, I received a sample pair of contacts until my prescription pairs came in. My contact order arrived 2 days later and I received a call to come pick them up. When I picked up, the tech walked me through how to fill out the rebate online and I left with my rebate info that I only had to stick in the nearest mailbox! The new contacts were great!
