In the process of purchasing our home in April 2020, a pipe burst and flooded the house. The realtor hired this company to restore floors and damages. They claim that if you are not satisfied, they will do anything to make it right and that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Our flooring in the kitchen has been placed unevenly (without the vinyl underneath being removed). There are gaps against the wall you can see the vinyl. Mr. Bowles and his team did an excellent job of installing a french drain system for us. The installation included a French Drain, a system to recover water from two downspouts and our driveway and a pumping system to direct the water to city storm water. The work was done very quickly and they kept our yard and the construction area clean and efficient. Mr. Bowles and his team were very easy to work with, they made lots of suggestions and were pleasant and friendly.
