Took a suit and blazer that had stains in it to Shores which was highly recommended. Good customer service and had a good in store experience however stains were not removed on either garment. no explaination as to why or any other conversation. cost was $46.50. To spend $46.50 and not get feedback or my stains removed seems like a waste
My mother inlaw passed away and the funeral is this morning. I somehow managed to dry clean my families funeral clothing but forgot to do my own dress. My husband walked in and spoke with Brian first thing this morning when he opened and asked him to steam my dress. My husband came home and my dress is absolutely beautiful. Brian gave us a blessing this morning and when my husband came home and told me about it I immediately cried and called to thank him personally. What a wonderful person he is. You do not find service like this. Brian, thank you sincerely. My family and I will be loyal customers from this point on.
David went above and beyond in helping me get a borrowed flag cleaned. I had asked to borrow a flag then the worst happened. . . it got grease on it! I called David and he said bring it right over. After giving the flag an inspection, he and his staff had it clean in an hour! I returned to find it folded and ready for use AND not a sign of the grease! Trust your cleaning to David and his team!
