The whole process was just amazing. Everybody who was involved was a pleasure to work with, including the sub contractors. There were no time gaps, everything was done in a timely manner without unnecessary delays. The tile selection was a bit limited but everybody worked really hard to get me exactly what we wanted. Would absolutely build with them again. Kevin, Melissa, Christine (oh my Christine you are a treasure!) Crystal and Chris made it happen!
I have been fortunate to have built 8 homes in over 30 of my 63 years of life. As such, I believe my experience in reviewing Schumacher Homes is validated. Let me begin by commenting on the state of the industry as a whole from inception, supply chains and working with the direct contractor, his sub-contractors, to superiors. You should expect that the inception and planning process of designing, choosing of materials will be unbelievably easy and enjoyable. So far my husband and I have met with two home builders and we met with Kevin on Tuesday. He is very knowledgeable and answered our questions and just very informative. We are looking forward to working with Kevin in the very near future and we are officially excited.
