VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SHE CUT MY SISTERS HAIR UNEVEN AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD GET HER A FULL REFUND AND WANTED TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REGARDING THE SITUATION I WAS TRYING TO BE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BUT SHE WANTED TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REGARDING THE SITUATION SHE BLOCKED HER AND HER MESSAGES WOULDN'T GO THROUGH.

Yesterday was my first time trying Salon n Vogue. Violet J. Was my stylist. Found her on the StyleSeat app. Violet was very nice and professional. The shop she works at is on Holden Rd. The shop is very clean and spacious. My appointment was at 6 and she started on my head right away. All together the process took 2 hours. I was nervous, since I have never had natural twists on my short hair but I'm loving the results. Will definitely be returning for my #selfcare days!!

I left a bad review about a severl uneven trim that the stylist/owner left me with. She got upset when I didn't take it down and sent me pictures of my car parked out side of the salon. She also accused me of being sent to book an appointment by her competition. She offered to give me another hairstyle at a discounted price but quickly rescinded the offer upon my refusal to take down the review.
